What to do with Excess jam

  • Use it as a filling in a cake.  
  • Add to a fruit cake
  • Make a jam tart
  • Make a trifle and coat the sponge with your chosen jam.
  • Steamed puddings
  • Add a swirl of jam to your ice - cream
  • Meat glaze on a roast.
  • Pancake topping
  • Cheesecake topping
  • Place in the middle of a muffin before baking
  • Make a vingrette (balsamic vinegar, jam, olive oil and red wine - combine and shake)
